Kids will start off at the "need for speed" running portion, then pedal their way on the bike course and conclude their triathlon with a "swim" (a dash through water provided by the fire department!) as they head to the finish line to receive their medal. Every participant is REQUIRED to bring a bike (tricycles accepted too) and a helmet for this event. No bikes larger than 16 inches please.
