Join the Rec at the High School for this free cooking class that will teach Canning 101. Salsa and cucumbers to pickles will be made/prepared then canned. Equipment will be provided by the Rec, but if you have specific jars you would like to use, feel free to bring them. Limit on registration due to number of stations.
